I’ve had a great experience with Ceramic Pro Seattle. Their team is incredibly professional and clearly passionate about protecting and enhancing vehicles the right way. They do outstanding work with paint protection film (PPF) and their ceramic window tint installations are extremely clean and precise. It’s obvious they take pride in their craftsmanship and make sure every vehicle leaves the shop looking better than when it arrived. If you’re in the Seattle area and looking for paint protection film, ceramic coating, or professional window tint, I highly recommend Ceramic Pro Seattle. It’s always great to see another Ceramic Pro Elite Dealer delivering high-level work and taking great care of their customers.

Mike, the manager at the Tukwila location, was genuinely great to work with. He was laid-back, approachable, and provided excellent customer service—easily a 10/10. He communicated clearly throughout the process and took the time to explain details about my car, including pointing out areas that had been previously repainted. He was upfront about how those areas might not respond to paint correction the same way as the rest of the vehicle, which I appreciated. He also made accommodations by matching competitors by adding extras to my package to earn my business, which says a lot about his commitment to customer satisfaction. That said, my main concern was the final outcome of the paint correction and exterior detail. While I understand my car is about 10 years old and I’m not an expert on paint correction, the results appeared somewhat inconsistent around the vehicle. In hindsight, I realize I should have asked more clarifying questions beforehand and specifically pointed out certain problem areas I was hoping to see improved. Additionally, although my package included a full exterior detail, some areas seemed to be missed or not cleaned as thoroughly as others—specifically the a

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible job on the detail as always! APC is truly the best in town. They’re extremely responsive, great at communicating, and their ceramic work on my Benz G63 was flawless. I’ll always bring all my cars here and continue sending referrals. Their attention to detail and pride in their craft really set them apart. If you want your car looking its absolute best, this is the place to go.

Outstanding service from APC setting my i7 up for easy maintenance washes throughout my lease term with the “Sport” coating package. Went with them for window tint as well and the whole package came together nicely. Professional people, incredible service, and highly competitive rates. Forever grateful for my Avants membership (for both the discount AND the referral) and APC for the work!

APC Auto Spa did a great job on our 2024 BMW iX. I chose them because the are a Ceramic Pro Elite dealer and they had a deal I could not pass up so it was worth the extra drive to have this done. Colin and Heather were both very professional, were quick to answer questions and was able to line up my PPF and gold ceramic package to be completed while I was out of town. At the shop in Tukwilla, Meagan and David were easy to work with and had great communication. David did an excellent job on both the PPF and ceramic package. I was giving it a few days before my review to really take it all in. I am glad I went with APC and plan to use them again in the future. Thanks to the entire team.
